How do I know if my payment was successful?
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Please keep it for reference until your package arrives.
If you don’t see the confirmation, check your spam or junk folder.

Can I update my billing or shipping details?

We can make changes if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Can I send my order as a gift to a different address?
Absolutely. We can deliver your order to a different address if it’s a gift.
Just enter the recipient’s details at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours.
Use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Please note that processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
