Can I update my billing or shipping information?
Yes. You can update your billing or shipping details by contacting us at support@perollar.com as soon as possible.
Changes are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
Can I send a gift to a different address?
Absolutely! We can ship your order directly to a gift address at checkout.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours. You can use this to check your order status anytime.
How long does it take to process orders before shipping?
